So, here goes a second try:
I don't drink hard liquor -- too many of my family members destroyed their health and family lives with heavy drinking. However a single malt scotch sipped from a liqueur glass can be really nice on a cold winter's night.

I avoid commercial American beers as little better than horse piss. The Ommegang Brewery in Cooperstown, NY is near the Glimmerglass opera Festival where I go each summer. They make fantastic Belgian-style beers with a champagne-like secondary fermentation. I always bring back a couple of cases. However, thanks to the husband who gave me my own beer brewing kit a couple of Christmases ago, I can now make my own strong dark beers.

LOVE the first two men, particularly the spectacular torso and pecs on the first guy, although the cutie with the artfully posed tool looks like all kinds of fun just waiting to happen.Willhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14279473113628377106noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3970098682068094639.post-17103994935440217742014-05-09T19:48:38.501-07:002014-05-09T19:48:38.501-07:00Bourbon is only made in Kentucky. Particular ingredients, particular aging, etc. Look for Maker's Mark if you want top shelf without breaking the bank...also good, but less expensive is Evan Williams Black. If you want to break the bank, find Woodford's Reserve or any "single barrel" from the above. They're all fine sipping whiskies, with an ice cube or two.

Peace <3
JayAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3970098682068094639.post-35903071123578853002014-05-09T19:44:16.268-07:002014-05-09T19:44:16.268-07:00I must try bourbon the next time I'm at the li...I must try bourbon the next time I'm at the liquor store. It's really a southern USA thing, isn't it? I don't know anyone here who drinks it or who served it at their house.Buddy Bearhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18052407067718899985noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3970098682068094639.post-22736088207608313802014-05-09T18:56:59.789-07:002014-05-09T18:56:59.789-07:00I like your answers!

Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Beer is easy: High ABV IPA! I do love a hoppy beer, and IPAs are my favorite!
I hate vodka (long story) and will only buy mid-level Bourbons, or top shelf stuff. No crap for me.
There's too many for #6, both ways, and no, I've never drunk dialed anyone!!!

Peace <3
JayAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
